The HON Brigade 600 Series lateral files are engineered to withstand the demands of high-activity filing and retrieval in various settings, including corporations, educational institutions, hospitals, and government offices. The rugged inner steel grid is built to endure years of rigorous use. Most models feature standard drawers, while select models offer receding doors with roll-out shelves.
The heavy-duty ball-bearing suspensions are extensively tested to simulate decades of use, ensuring flawless performance. The mechanical interlock system prevents more than one drawer from being opened simultaneously, enhancing stability. Counterweights, made from recycled material, are factory-installed where required to maintain stability when a drawer is opened.
Standard side-to-side hang rails accommodate letter or legal filing, and optional front-to-back hang rails can be ordered for high-density letter filing on select cabinets. All four leveling glides are adjustable, even when the drawers are full. The removable lock cores can be changed on-site, providing flexibility.
This five-drawer, 42-inch-wide model boasts a sturdy double-walled base that resists tampering and strengthens the case. It accepts letter or legal hanging file folders. The Bright Aluminum handle coordinates with the Brigade pedestals, and the finish color is Black.
Our lateral 600 series file cabinets are built with an all-welded design and a double-walled base, making them well-suited for demanding work environments.
